Job Description:

Stanbridge University is seeking a dynamic student centric administrator to support the Student Services Department who is detail-oriented and hard-working with the ability to multi-task. The candidate must be well organized, have strong problem-solving abilities, and can professionally meets critical deadlines. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is people-oriented and gets along well within a team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a well-established college

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in orientation of new students.
  • Assist in audits of new student records to meet compliance requirements.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly classroom visits.
  • Monitor students attendance and grades and notify students via phone call or email about remediation's and missed exams or assignments.
  • Tracking of students academic performance and refer to on campus resources and schedule one on one meetings with students to focus on retention efforts such as tutoring scheduling.
  • Distribution of full time Deans list awards.
  • Performs all other student services functions, and other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must possess an Bachelors degree in the related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Must have prior administrative support experience
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
