An Assistant Campus Director provides oversight and assistance the Campus Director in the general direction to the campus community and oversees operational and educational effectiveness, ensuring the advancement of the university's mission, culture, and strategic goals. Reporting directly to the Office of the President and the Campus Director the Assistant Campus Director aids in the campus operations, facilities, resources, safety, and relationship cultivation in the absence of the Campus Director. A successful candidate will meet the required qualifications and present with a professional philosophy that is aligned with university's core values of diversity, inclusion, and accessibility

Essential Functions:

Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate campus initiatives to empower employees in the workplace, enhance the culture of care, and support the institution's strategic goals. Gather, evaluate, analyze, manage, and report data for the campus to make evidence-based decisions. Works with shared governance and administration to develop policies, procedures, budgets, and operations supporting educational services and delivery. Coordinates and participates in the review, writing processes, and campus activities pertaining to regulatory and accreditation organizations. Provide consultation to university departments and programs on employee and student relations. Develop campus strategies to recruit and develop qualified and talented people. Provide policy interpretation and ensures accurate and consistent application of university policies and procedures, and related local, state and federal laws, and applicable agreements. Administers the day-to-day operations of the campus. Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business, Education, or related field, from an accredited college or university. Three to five years of campus leadership or higher education experience. Knowledge of accrediting, state, and federal standards, laws, and/or regulations for higher education. Ability to work well with people from diverse populations with diverse backgrounds and needs. Ability to develop a highly efficient workforce. Ability to partner collaboratively with stakeholders across the institution. Ability to handle confidential information discretely and professionally. Ability to use discretion and exercise sound judgment. Have strong communication, organization, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. $80,00-$105,000
